Books Online Plus strives to maintain an excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction. With that goal in mind, we guarantee the condition of every book as it is described on our web site, or in our listings on Amazon Marketplace, Half.com, Abebooks.com, ebay auctions, or any other site where we may be posting listings in the future.

Wherever applicable we use the IOBA Condition Description Definitions.. The list of definitions is available elsewhere on this site, and on About Me page on eBay, or at www.ioba.org.

If you are dissatisfied with the condition of the book you purchased, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. If we made an error, such as shipped you the wrong book, we will replace the book a no further cost to you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return your item to us within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it in.

Returns for any other reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping is not refundable. In either case please contact us for further instructions.
